Specially designed, The Auction House is a stylish, contemporary venue perfect for hosting events including Awards Dinners, Charity Fundraising Balls, Summer Balls, School Proms, Christmas Parties, Pre-Wedding events and family celebrations for 100 to 600 guests.

Everything is here to make your event unique and special, from the stunning Italian marble lobby areas to the elegant Main Suite (capacity 600), complete with two fully stocked licensed bars, atmospheric RGB mood lighting, the latest AV equipment, PA system, variable stage system and extra large parquet dance floor.

For smaller functions, there is a soundproofed partition wall which divides the Main Suite into two smaller areas, The Sun Suite (capacity 250) and The Amber Room (capacity 170), each with its own fully stocked, colour illuminating, licensed bar.



In-house catering is provided by Executive Head Chef and his team, who produce delicious contemporary and traditional Western and Asian cuisine.

With a wide range of menu choices and options, bespoke packages can be made on request and our events team will look after your event from beginning to end.

Banqueting Dining Menu

Offering a fantastic selection of dishes, our three course dining menu is suitable for all occasions from awards dinner to charity fundraisers.

Banqueting Buffet Menu

With a wide menu choice, our hot/cold fork buffet works well for more informal parties including high school proms & engagement parties.

Banqueting Fusion Menu

Designed as a bowl buffet menu this package offers a wonderful selection of dishes from across the continents, perfect for functions of 200 - 500 guests.

Asian Banqueting Menu

Served as a buffet or a sit down dinner, the Asian Banqueting Menu is the perfect choice for pre-wedding parties (Jago, Ladies Sangeet parties, Mehndi nights etc) as well as birthday parties.

The Auction House has been proud to support various local charities over the last few years including Mary Seacole Housing Association, Keech Hospice, The Jaskomal Foundation, The Karen Trust, Stepping Stones & the EAAA.

Please contact our events team if you are a registered local charity and would like to hold a charity fundraising dinner dance or event at the venue.

Entertainment extras

Add to your event with entertainment extras like photo booths, casino tables, chocolate fountain, live band, live jazz band or DJ or sparkle up the mood with a starlit dance floor or starcloth backdrop.

Alternatively choose a full theming option and turn The Auction House venue into Casino Royale, a Black and White Ball, a Venetian Masquerade Ball or even Alice in Wonderland for your event.
